The time to “go inside” is NOW.

Inner strength is where the Power (LOVE) is found to continue past fatigue, stress, hunger, etc. Because this Power (LOVE) is not of this world, its effects are limitless and often regarded as miraculous. Yet, because of who WE, mankind, are at the essence of our core BEing (LOVE,) and are here only for moment in Time, miracles are to happen naturally - we just forgot this and lost our way. 

We are now in a GLOBAL crisis and there is no better time than the Present moment (NOW) to ”go inside” to tap into that inner strength. It is accessible no other way. To go within is where Stillness is experienced and Clarity comes in to play. Without Clarity, Chaos and Confusion are the driving force behind fear. 

Choose to remember who YOU are because fear is trying to take complete control through Sickness and Death. The moment you remember Truth, fear will no longer be an issue, in spite of any/all outward condition(s) and/or circumstance(s). 

Because WE, human BEings are not of this world Sickness and Death are not to be feared considering they both are a part of Life, not the end of Life. Life has no end, Birth does. Death is the end of Birth, not Life. What is born must die. 

Go inside long enough to remember what you already know (Truth,) but simply forgot, so that  Sickness and Death will no longer be something to fear. Because YOU/WE are LOVE, it’s Power will not only get us through this difficult time, there is no way we will get through this without it.

Wake up. BREATHE (it’s a precious gift, don’t take it for granted). Go inside. BE Still. Know you are not in control. Tap into your inner strength (LOVE). This is how True solutions to any/all problems are solved. Peace 

Remember who You ARE.

Unless and until Truth is completely and clearly understood, ego will continue to  confuse and distract  - by any means necessary - considering ego can not tolerate Truth.

 

Truth is WE (the entire human race) are LOVE temporarily experiencing Life in physical form. Because Life is eternal, LOVE remains, in tact, even after the physical body has expired.

 

Choose to return to Truth, always within, where LOVE is always the solution. One of the biggest misconceptions of Truth, made up by ego, is what causes misunderstandings; placing and maintaining distance through fear and promoting weakness.        

 

Ego has it that Truth/LOVE hurts when in fact Truth sets you free and LOVE heals. Lies hurt! Its really this simple, tell the Truth and you'll never have to worry about what you said. 

 

Because ego lives in fear, of being found out of the fraud it really is, lies are what buys time. However because Truth is what it is (LOVE,) only Truth/LOVE can withstand the tests of Time.

 

Because Time is not of this world, it is not only priceless, it is not guaranteed. Time is a precious gift granted to anyone but promised to no one. Unless/until Time is recognized for what it is (NOW,) the whole point of Life will be lost; but only to those lost/stuck in Time (Past/Future).

 

Ego is on borrowed time which explains the constant need for attention; insecurity in disguise. LOVE doesn't need attention, LOVE pays attention! Remember, there is no fear in LOVE.  It is at this point the experience of BEing authentically YOU is not only Powerful but completely freeing!

Restraint is the most prestigious award...

Restraint is used when the mind is Present and is able to see things clearly for what they are rather than what/how they may seem to appear. Because everything happens for a reason, there is always an opportunity to learn from the Past so to not have history repeat itself. Learning from the Past does not come from memorization but from remembering to not take anything personally but ask, rather “What am I to learn from this experience?”. If/when given a moment of Stillness, the only One Right answer will always be the same, LOVE.

Unless/until WE, the entire human race, remembers the fact that we are LOVE, Restraint - which brings about Peace - will continue to seen as weakness. On the contrary, the ability to clearly “see” each and every challenging situation exactly for what it is, is only possible when some form of Restraint is exercised. And this can take an extreme about of mental and/or spiritual Strength which becomes less difficult and/or foreign with each and every practice. Considering the countless layers  of fear that’s conditioned and has been the controlling factor for too many for too long, this is not an easy task. However because only LOVE is Real, nothing is impossible! 

Choose to remember your True Self (LOVE) so what used to trip you up, like everything, will no longer leave you holding the bag of Shame and Regret. At some point, a situation will present itself that can go either way. If/when Restraint is practiced, chances are the outcome will at the very least be neutral. Otherwise you can bet the complete opposite once ego gets involved because ego knows nothing about Restraint which takes Clarity. Ego is about fear and lies, chaos and confusion, never Clarity which comes from Truth and brings Peace. 

Take a moment. Breathe. Remember who You are (LOVE) and you’ll find there is great Strength in the ability to exercise Restraint (of negative thoughts which are poisonous and in challenging situations) because it’s the most prestigious award. PEACE - of mind and eventually PEACE on Earth! Peace

Unconditional LOVE

Because only LOVE is Real, it is what it is in spite of any/all conditions. Because only LOVE is Real, there is not one circumstance(s) that has ever, can ever or will ever change LOVE. Considering nothing Real can be threatened and nothing unreal exists - except, of course what's made up in the mind, it is only LOVE that stands the tests of Time. LOVE does not change.

 

What changes are feelings/emotions depending on any given day and/or situation. More often than not, the emotion referred to as LOVE is confused with and taken for as the Spirit of LOVE which is, in spite of any/all conditions. The problem occurs when conditions, requirements, expectations, etc., are not met, its assumed LOVE has changed when in fact LOVE has nothing to do with conditions, requirements, expectations, etc. LOVE is unconditional.  

 

It is ego that cowers behind feelings and when disappointed, lashes out because its expectations were not met, yet blames it on LOVE declaring "LOVE hurts!" Choose to remember, YOU are LOVE. Every human BEing is LOVE temporarily expressing itself in physical form including all of fears disguises. Unless/until this is remembered, chaos and confusion will continue to be the problem left to deal with after decisions are made lost in emotion(s) ex., anger, resentment, envy, etc. All of which come from fear. The root cause of fear? Ego.

 

Set yourself free from any/all else and reclaim your Power (LOVE) by choosing to not take anything personal. Everything happens for a reason and that reason is always and only to learn the lesson it presents itself to teach. Otherwise, that opportunity will be missed leaving a higher chance of failing to learn that time. Because history has a way of repeating itself, you better believe it will be back in some form or another. This has continued and will continue until the lesson "LOVE IS in spite of any/all conditions" is completely understood.

 

It is at this point, when WE begin to live - in action - by BEing unconditional LOVE that WE aka LOVE will experience Peace of mind thus Peace on Earth. Peace  

 

 

You ARE...

Because only LOVE is Real, everything else is made up which explains why it doesn’t last. Unless and until we remember the essence/spirit of our True nature (LOVE) we will continue to miss the entire point of Life which by the way is eternal. Death is the end of birth, not the end of Life. Life has no end. Life is eternal. Everything else is temporary!

Choose to remember this and suffering will be something of the Past. Circumstances present themselves for the sole purpose of teaching a lesson. That lesson is always to remember You Are Not In Control. The solution to all problems are always found when given the Time to BE still and ask “What am I to learn from this?”. Otherwise ego will take over and assume position to now need answers to “Why is this happening to me?”. 

Remember, WE (mankind) are a reflection of LOVE. The closer we stay to the Power within (LOVE) by staying grounded, the clearer the reflection of LOVE is both seen and experienced by others - often times without words exchanged. 

Because only LOVE is Real, there is nothing to fear. Recognize the Power of LOVE within and choose to allow LOVE to guide every step of this temporary physical body by reminding you because only LOVE is Real, there is nothing to fear hence no reason to protect/defend yourself. Truth needs no defense, weakness does. 

For clarification, the term LOVE here is not referring to the emotion/feeling which changes due to circumstance, time, etc., where the nature/spirit of ALL of mankind is LOVE. And LOVE has never and will never change. The further away the mind is dragged (by ego) from this Truth, the blurrier both the reflection and the vision will seem.

BE Still. BE authentically YOU (LOVE) and you’ll never regret that decision. Peace

Stay Grounded.

Because the essence of our True nature (LOVE) has been forgotten, WE (human beings) suffer unnecessarily. Unless/until we remember, WE (the entire human race) are LOVE at the very core of our BEing, fear will continue to be the root cause of all the turmoil we face. Look closely and you find ego behind it all. 

BE humble and not take anything personally but choose rather to recognize a call for LOVE in spite of the disguise it presents itself (ex. anger, jealousy, resentment, etc.). Otherwise ego will once again gain control to cause/maintain chaos and conflict. 

Because only LOVE is Real, ego uses every opportunity to separate/isolate to sow its seed (fear). This can only happen when the mind is lost either in the Past or in the Future - two periods of Time that do not exist. 

Presence, BEing in the moment (NOW) is where/how the Power of LOVE is accessed. The NOW has always been and will always be where forgiveness is seen as the key to unlock unnecessary pain and how the past is released and healing begins. 

BE still, like trees. Stay Grounded and Bend so to not Break! Peace

Humility comes from Consciousness where Pride comes from Ego.

Unless and until WE (the entire human race) return to the essence of our True nature, LOVE, Pain and Suffering will continue to be the consequences that come in the forms of Life challenges.

Because only LOVE is Real, Pain and Suffering ceases the moment Truth is accepted for what it is rather than what it "should/could" be. It is at this point Peace (of mind) is returned to its natural state of BEing.

To recollect the Power of LOVE is to remember Truth and Truth is, WE (the entire human race) are LOVE, experiencing Life temporarily in human (physical) form!

It is at this point that fear dissipates considering 1. there is no fear in LOVE and 2. because we are LOVE, there is no thing to fear.

Humility is found in LOVE when Present/Conscious which prevents humiliation as a result of Pride that comes from Ego.

Remember, the True essence of your spirit is LOVE temporarily experiencing Life on Earth.
