Much to do about Nothing.

Because you have forgotten Who You Really are, a Spiritual being, temporarily experiencing life in physical form through the body, you believe what you've been taught and what comes naturally is drowned out by lies. One example is the notion that because life happens to you, you must be "prepared" for the worst and "protect" yourself from strangers and anything/one foreign considering this is a crazy world and no one can be trusted.

 

Because You already have every "thing" You need to obtain the Peace of mind you stress over and pray for, there is nothing or no one  that can offer or provide it to You. This is clearly the case which explains the obsession with superficial, meaningless nothings (title, popularity, class, gender, religion, sexuality, race, material, etc.,) which are made up yet regarded as Truth and valued as such.  

 

Because only truth is True, at some point in time, everything else is brought to light and exposed for the nothingness it is. The damage however is caused by reacting to what is not True (made up) and so not Real, which only maintains the vicious cycle of attack and defend, offering no solution as more damage is done.

 

Because Ego sees Truth as a threat, the light of Truth alone is too much to bear which explains why Ego prefers to deal with what's kept in the dark. Ego lives in the past and because it keeps record of past offenses, revenge, guilt, shame, anger, resentment, unforgiveness, depression, etc., is how Ego captures and enslaves its victims. The mad part about the whole lie is believing Ego is there for your protection. Ha!  

 

Because what happened in the past is done, gone and over with, the only benefit to recalling anything from the past is to either enjoy pleasant memories or LEARN THE LESSON the unpleasant experience(s) came to teach. Unless and until we remember our purpose, to live in Peace, history will continue to repeat itself and its only message is this:

 

"Life happens for you, not to you. Because you create with your mind what it is you want in your life, changing your perspective in any given situation is the first step toward changing what you "see" and experience. This works both negatively and positively because the efficacy of the Power within does not change - how its used on the other hand is what determines its results.   

 

Choose LOVE in every situation because there is nothing and no one undeserving of it considering LOVE is The only answer to every situation. Peace
